The keynote speaker will feature Todd Parker from the Delta Institute who will be speaking on the Chicago Climate Exchange. The Chicago Climate exchanges provide a financial incentive for businesses to reduce their greenhouse gas production.  In addition they provide a financial incentive to agriculture and other natural resource fields to provide carbon storage through best management practices.
